Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Seebeks platform provided by SEEBEKS CORP. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Seebeks service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Seebeks on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Seebeks provides a financial management platform that allows users to upload financial records from multiple external sources, classify and segment that information into internal accounts based on user-defined logic, and analyze cash flows individually and in aggregate.

The platform may be made available as a web application for general users and as a locally installed deployment for business clients that require on-premise use inside their own environments.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update account information when it changes.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and for ensuring that access to your account or workspace is limited to authorized persons only.

You retain responsibility for the data, documents, records, and other content that you upload, import, or enter into Seebeks. You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to use that information with the platform.

You are responsible for reviewing imported records, configuring your own segmentation logic, and validating the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of your reports, categories, tags, and analytics.

You may not use Seebeks to violate law, infringe the rights of others, upload malicious code, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service beyond what law expressly permits, or use the service to process data you are not authorized to handle.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the platform is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens security, stability, or other users.

Seebeks is an organizational and analytical software tool. It is not a bank, payment institution, broker, accountant, tax advisor, law firm, or investment adviser, and it does not provide legal, tax, audit, accounting, or investment advice.

Any outputs, summaries, categories, or analytics generated through the platform are informational only and should not be treated as professional advice or as a substitute for independent review.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the web-based service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

For locally installed deployments provided to business clients, the client is responsible for its own infrastructure, internal security, local backups, user permissions, and environment-specific compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Seebeks, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SEEBEKS CORP. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended business or personal financial-management purposes.

Our collection and use of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Seebeks, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or if continued access is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution, will survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEEBEKS CORP. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to the use of Seebeks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to SEEBEKS CORP. for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (EUR 100) if no such fees were paid.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, courts located in Barcelona, Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Seebeks after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
